The CRM Executive plays a key role in managing and delivering the firm's client relationship intelligence to support lawyers across the business, and the business development team working with them, to develop and grow the business. The CRM Executive works with the CRM Manager, CRM Assistant and CRM Administrator and wider department to manage the InterAction database (and associated systems), assisting with email campaigns, improving the quality of the data and acting as a champion within the business to increase adoption, usage and reporting. Sitting within the CRM team this role requires a strong technical knowledge allow with the confidence to work with people of all levels of seniority within the firm. The varied role calls for an enthusiastic approach to help deliver the firm's business objectives.
What you'll be doing
- Working with lawyers across the business to help them to use InterAction to support their business development, client development and intermediary tracking
- Providing one-to-one and larger group training for lawyers to use InterAction including travelling to UK offices as needed
- Working with the other members of the team on all aspects of database administration through to email campaign creation and implementation
- Business development management reporting for marketing and firmwide projects
- Supporting business development to identify and target relevant contacts and provide training where needed
- Assisting with auditing of the data by running searches to identify inconsistencies, duplicates and other data quality issues and confidently explaining findings in accordance with the firm's agreed standards
- Ability to identify themes or common inconsistencies and offer resolutions
- Managing projects from start to finish and manage stakeholders expectations
- Manipulating data in spread sheets and the CRM database (InterAction) and often presenting those back with an understanding of the business context
- Identifying data threats and ensuring confidentiality and adherence to GDPR guidelines
- Company and market research/analysis to support business development initiatives

Experience and qualifications
- Experience in InterAction Windows/Web client and Admin tools – essential
- Experience working with data – essential
- A-Level / NVQ / Degree – essential [NB1]
- Advanced Excel experience – essential
- Vuture modules – VX /Survey/Events – highly desirable
- Ability to manage projects from start to finish
- Experience of working in a team and effective delegation – highly desirable
- You will be detail and task orientated with the ability to work as part of a team
- Understand the CRM system (InterAction) and be an advisor/champion for end users and their queries
