Job Advert Description

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to join our Energy Team in London. You will be the central support to a team of fee earners, providing critical administrative assistance to ensure smooth daily operations. Your role will involve managing diaries, coordinating meetings and travel, handling complex billing, and liaising with clients and external stakeholders on behalf of the team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to work in a fast-paced environment at a top City law firm.

As a PA, you will:

  • Provide administrative Support
  • Effective communication, both internally and externally
  • Actively participate in client care and relationship management
  • Review and amend documents produced by the document production team
  • Assist fee earners with daily time recording and billing processes
  • Aid in credit control and compliance with Solicitors Accounts Rules

For this role you will need to:

  • Accurate typing skills (minimum 60 wpm)
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and team skills
