Job Advert Description

As a Business Analyst your role will form the bridge between the business and technical teams to ensure both solution and expectations are delivered as agreed. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Provide an initial point of contact to discuss and manage expectations whilst identifying key requirements.
  • Work closely with the business to document existing business processes.
  • Prepare, deliver, and present reports, recommendations, and alternatives for improving processes in systems.
  • Developing strong relationships with team members, vendors, and partners to develop storyboards and/or prototypes based on business requirements.
  • Assist with the creation of test plans and support business testing phases.
  • Collaborate with and provide support to other Business Transformation roles.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to:

  • Have previous experience of 2 years or more in a similar role
  • Formal BA qualification
  • Experience in use of Use cases, User stories, Activity diagrams
  • Experience in use of Microsoft software packages such as Microsoft Office and Visio
  • Experience of working under formal project delivery methodology such as Price2 or Agile

However it is not all about experience and qualifications. We're looking for someone who:

  • Strong customer service orientation with an eye for detail.
  • Enjoy working in team orientated and collaborative environment,
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate ideas, solutions, and recommendations across all levels within the firm,
  • Willing to take ownership of problems and find solutions with minimal supervision,
  • Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
