This role sits as part of the design team, currently consisting of the Brand and Design Manager and a Graphic Designer. The design team is part of the broader marketing department with over 30 people covering various aspects of marketing such as business development, client management and PR. Your key responsibilities in this role will include:
- Assist the Senior Brand and Design Manager and Graphic Designer in meeting the firm's needs for a wide range of communication materials and channels.
- Managing and developing the firm's brand and house style in a strong and consistent way.
- Editing, manipulating, or creating illustrations must be a key part of your skill set along with a good eye for layouts and these will need to be demonstrated within your portfolio.
- Collaborating with other members in the marketing team as well as fee earners and partners, you will be comfortable communicating across all levels.
- As a creative and proactive member of the team you will have the opportunity to share ideas and develop your own initiatives.
- Though based in Birmingham the role will require occasional travel to the firm's other UK offices.
To succeed in this role, you'll need to have:
- Minimum of a HND in graphic design or visual communications.
- Minimum of two years of experience in a similar position desired
- Proficient in the use of InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
- Digital experience desirable

- Creative and enthusiastic
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Professional services experience is not essential, but some would be advantageous
- Flexibility to work beyond standard office hours on occasions where it is necessary to meet a deadline
