Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for document production? Trowers is seeking an Evening Document Production Specialist to join their Document Production Centre team. This role is crucial in providing seamless and accurate document production services to the firm's fee earners, ensuring high-quality results in a deadline-driven environment.

The Role
As an Evening Document Production Specialist, you will:
- Produce and amend correspondence, documents, reports, and more, ensuring adherence to the firm's house style.
- Transcribe digital dictation and manipulate documents as needed.
- Interpret complex briefs from fee earners and deliver documents within specified timescales.
- Proofread and quality check all work to maintain high standards.
- Use data rooms for uploading and downloading documents.
- Prioritise and complete incoming work efficiently, keeping users updated on progress.
- Share knowledge and expertise across the team and act as an ambassador for the Document Production Centre.
The Candidate
The ideal candidate for the Evening Document Production Specialist role will have:
- Previous experience in a document production team.
- A typing speed of at least 60 words per minute.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- The ability to strip and reformat document formatting in house style.
- Excellent client service skills and a professional telephone manner.
- Strong communication and team skills, with an eye for detail.
- Flexibility, reliability, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
