Job Advert Description

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for document production? Trowers is seeking a Document Production Specialist to join their Document Production Centre team. This role is crucial in providing seamless and accurate document production services to the firm's fee earners, ensuring high-quality results in a deadline-driven environment.

The Role

As a Document Production Specialist, you will:

  • Produce and amend correspondence, documents, reports, and more, ensuring adherence to the firm's house style.
  • Transcribe digital dictation and manipulate documents as needed.
  • Interpret complex briefs from fee earners and deliver documents within specified timescales.
  • Proofread and quality check all work to maintain high standards.
  • Use data rooms for uploading and downloading documents.
  • Prioritise and complete incoming work efficiently, keeping users updated on progress.
  • Share knowledge and expertise across the team and act as an ambassador for the Document Production Centre.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate for the Document Production Specialist role will have:

  • Previous experience in a document production team.
  • A typing speed of at least 60 words per minute.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • The ability to strip and reformat document formatting in house style.
  • Excellent client service skills and a professional telephone manner.
  • Strong communication and team skills, with an eye for detail.
  • Flexibility, reliability, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
