If you are a passionate Digital Communications Executive ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role, this is your opportunity to join Trowers and Hamlins and make a significant impact. Our Operations team are seeking a talented candidate to join them in our Birmingham Office. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the firm's growth strategy and engage with colleagues across multiple regions.

The Role

The Digital Communications Executive will play a crucial role in enhancing the firm's internal communication strategies.

  • Develop engaging digital and multimedia content for strategic initiatives and campaigns.
  • Provide specialist advice to content owners and publishers to enhance digital communication.
  • Manage the creation and delivery of a weekly firmwide newsletter.
  • Collaborate with the Internal Communications Manager to coordinate and schedule messages.
  • Implement and champion effective digital communication channel governance.
  • Work with internal teams to improve digital communication tools for efficiency and accessibility.
  • Monitor engagement metrics and prepare insightful reports on digital communication impact.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate for the Digital Communications Executive role will possess the following:

  • Over 2 years of experience in a communications role, with a focus on digital communication.
  • Proficiency in digital content creation for intranets, newsletters, and multimedia.
  • Strong skills in managing internal digital communication channels.
  • Ability to interpret engagement data and improve content strategy.
  • Familiarity with design and multimedia tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent stakeholder collaboration and project management skills.
  • An innovative mindset with a keen interest in emerging digital communication trends.
