Are you ready to take on a pivotal role as a Business Co-ordinator / Executive Assistant? We are seeking a dynamic applicant to support our newly-established office in Saudi Arabia.
The Role
In the role of Business Co-ordinator / Executive Assistant, you will:
- Arrange client meetings and manage client contact information in the CRM system.
- Support marketing initiatives and new business generation.
- Conduct research and analysis for presentations and discussions.
- Assist in drafting communications for external and internal bulletins.
- Manage general administration tasks including diary management and travel arrangements.
- Updates on key initiatives and collating content for the firm's annual client-facing reports
The Candidate
The ideal Business Co-ordinator / Executive Assistant will have:
- Ambition and a career-focused mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships.
- Commercial acumen and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English, both verbal and written.
- Organisational skills and the ability to manage competing demands.
- A creative and innovative approach to problem-solving.
