Job Advert Description

We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to lead the day‑to‑day operations of our Abu Dhabi office. The role is office‑based five days a week.

The role

Reporting to the Regional Managing Partner, you will be responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the office, supporting fee earners and leading a small support team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for day‑to‑day office operations
  • Supporting fee earners to ensure a professional, client‑focused environment
  • Managing and developing a small administrative support team
  • Overseeing facilities, suppliers, health & safety and compliance
  • Working closely with colleagues across the region and London

About you

You will be an experienced office management professional who enjoys taking ownership, leading by example and creating a well‑run, positive working environment.

  • Experience in a law firm or professional services environment
  • Background as a legal secretary or senior support professional
  • Proven people‑management experience
  • Highly organised, proactive and confident working autonomously
  • Strong relationship‑builder with a flexible, collaborative approach
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • UAE visa/immigration knowledge desirable but not essential
