Principal responsibilities:
The new recruit will play a pivotal role in a variety of deals including but not limited to:
- Advising on the incorporation of entities within the UAE.
- Advising on company liquidations.
- Assisting on drafting commercial agreements.
- Assisting on drafting and amending memorandum and articles of association.
- Advising on employment law.
- Advising on a wide range of company secretarial matters.
- Liaising with the notary public and governmental authorities.
- Advising on land registry requirements.
The new recruit will also be responsible for:
- As required assisting the Real Estate and Private Client Departments.
- Building, maintaining and developing client relationships.
- Assisting on complex due diligence exercises.
- Pro-active participation in marketing initiatives.
- Participating in firm-wide and departmental training sessions.
- Assisting with training and development of junior legal staff.
Person specification:

Experience and qualifications required:
- Native/fluent Arabic and English speaker
- Law degree holder
- Directly relevant experience gained at a recognised and busy corporate practice
- Proven ability to handle and progress certain matters with minimal supervision.
